Metal Siding

Metal sidingThe metal siding is widely used for cladding of hall facades (cafes, trading hall etc.) but also for industry facilities (plant buildings, storage facilities, terminals etc.). The steel siding is used also for special building where are special requirement to fire safety, corrosion resistance, resistance to aggressive medium etc. (for example, fuel stations, service stations, car washes, paint-spraying booths etc.).

The metal siding is represented as long light panels with width 120-300 mm. The panels are produced from galvanized steel, steel with polymeric coating and aluminum with various colour ranges. If an original colour is needed the metal siding is painted with pulverous enamel. The panels are represented with smooth and profiled surface.

Corrugated metal sidingThe metal siding is mounted on a wood or metal substructure. It’s better to do the mounting with overlapping. There can be used a special connection elements but this lead to rising in the price and to appearance of unnecessary lines.

This siding is absolutely simple in use! It can be perfect washed with water and easily repaired. You can remove casual scratches with the help of paint can of proper colour.

Advantages of metal siding:

  • The metal siding is much stronger in comparison with vinyl and aluminum ones.
  • It’s a fire safe one. For example, steel is used by building of fuel station to meet the requirements of fire safety.
  • It’s more resistant to dampness and mechanical effects than aluminum siding and vinyl siding.
  • The steel panels can be mounted at any season of the year due to their high resistance to temperature exposures.
